“We cannot know in advance how much our awesome potential will continue to unfold, however by continuing the process of implementation and integration we may exceed our greatest expectations.“

Welcome to LifeWorks Process!

LifeWorks Process

How purpose, passion, and perseverance align

While there is no perfection as a human being, having a rich, full, and meaningful life can be more fully realized if we examine multiple factors and make choices on how to focus our energies.

For those of us committed to life-long learning, growth, and development, it sometimes is challenging to keep track of our priorities, needs, and choices in terms of realizing our full potential.

This methodology is designed to provide a multi-factor roadmap for more success, satisfaction, and fulfillment.

The goal is to be empowered by this process towards a more positive sense of being, not judged for what is missing or what we haven’t done yet.

Do Any of These Statements Ring True for You?

  • You have lots of passion, but sometimes you wonder if it’s serving your true purpose

  • You start each day with a plan on what you want to accomplish, yet too often you feel “swept along” by unpredictable circumstances

  • You feel stuck in professional and/or personal relationships that cause too much stress but you don’t see any good options to change your experience

  • You have great compassion towards others whom you care about, however you struggle with a critical internal voice that always seems to operate in the background

  • You know you should take better care of yourself (on all levels) but there’s just not enough time

  • You’re not primarily driven by money, but you’re not sure about your relationship with it either

  • You’re somewhat confused in terms of whether you have a job, a career, or a calling

  • You’d like to build your support network, but you’re unsure how to determine what combination of friends, a mentor, a coach, or a counselor would serve you best

  • You know you want to make a positive difference in the world, but the number of possibilities where you could apply your energy seem endless and daunting

  • You have a feeling that never quite goes away that you’d like to experience more meaning and fulfillment in a deeper and more consistent way

So how does this work?

What if you had a way to examine your inner and outer worlds in a comprehensive way without negative judgment?

What would it be like to have a trusted guide to help you map out a path to achieve more of your potential?

The LifeWorks Process starts with the proprietary Personal Integration Assessment (PIA).

This uses three internal vectors - Compass, Being, and Attributes, and three external ones - Work, Relationships, and Engagement that then lead to four components for each of the six vectors. The PIA then has four statements per element, for a total of ninety-six self reflective elements.

The PIA takes twenty to thirty minutes to complete, and is automatically scored on a five-point scale from “Strongly Agree” to “Strongly Disagree.” You then receive a custom analysis and that forms the foundation of our subsequent discussions. In other coaching models a number of the initial sessions are used up by what we call the “discovery” phase. With the PIA we have your focus on what’s important - either areas that you want to apply more energy and focus to, or places where it would benefit you to set boundaries or reexamine commitments.

Over the course of four one-on-one Zoom sessions you get a supportive sounding board, a reinforcement of your core self, and a plan for getting traction. And, there’s nothing about this process that says we can’t be light-hearted and have a little fun along the way. If you’d like to explore the process and possibilities the “matching” conversation is free.

In this model, there are three areas of examination and focus that encompass our sense of self – referred to as “Internal” – and three “External” elements that point towards our engagement in the world. Each of the six vectors has four components. While this model is by no means exhaustive, the goal is to balance a holistic view of who we are and what we do with the process of revisioning and refocusing our learning, growth, and development.
